1. Who We Are
Revnce ("we", "us", "our") is a margin intelligence platform built for Shopify clothing brands. Our platform helps store owners connect their Shopify store and Meta ad accounts to calculate true profit per SKU and surface actionable insights. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.
By using Revnce, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at: privacy@revnce.com
2. Information We Collect
While using our platform, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and business information ("Personal Information").
Revnce may share non-personal and non-confidential identifiers — such as your store ID or advertiser ID — with third parties solely for the purposes of troubleshooting, auditing, and delivering the service. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers automatically record information your browser sends ("Log Data"). This may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages of our site you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages. This information is used solely to monitor and improve the performance and security of our service and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Revnce platform and its features.
- To send you product updates, early access invitations, and launch announcements.
- To calculate margin analytics and generate actionable insights for your store.
- To respond to your support requests and inquiries.
- To monitor usage patterns and improve platform performance.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
5. Communications
By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Revnce including confirmation emails, product updates, and launch announcements. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at privacy@revnce.com. Transactional emails (such as account-related notices) may still be sent as necessary to provide the service.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Anonymous analytics data is collected through Vercel Analytics without personally identifying you. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent — however, some portions of our service may not function properly without cookies.
7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Supabase for database storage, hosted on infrastructure that complies with SOC 2 standards. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, provide the service on our behalf, perform service-related tasks, or assist us in analysing how our service is used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
9. Compliance with Laws
We will disclose your personal information where required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process (such as a court order or subpoena), or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
10. Business Transactions
If Revnce is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
11. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@revnce.com so that we can take appropriate action.
12. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time.
- Request that we stop processing your data.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@revnce.com. We will respond within 30 days.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify waitlist members via email of any significant changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
