We pull the last 30 days of sell-through and current stock for every size from Shopify.

We check each size's contribution margin after landed cost, fees, returns and ad spend.

We apply your MOQ, case pack, lead time and budget, and write the plan.

We test it against your own plan, a 20% swing in demand, and the cost of waiting.

You approve or adjust it. We log the decision and score it once the stock sells.
